Final deliverables will be provided in the formats specified within the project agreement. Working files (such as layered design files) are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of Studio Ember unless otherwise negotiated in writing. Clients receive the rights to use the final deliverables for their intended business purposes.

Studio Ember reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, presentations, or promotional materials, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project start. By engaging Studio Ember, clients agree to abide by these terms and any additional provisions included in their project agreement.
